Sussex County Relief Program, a collaboration between First State Community Action Agency of Georgetown and La Esperanza, was formed in April 2020 to support immigrant families during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since June 2020, it has distributed funds to more than 300 families with more than 1,200 family members.
